Please complete an free initial 15-Minutes consultation.  During this consultation you will have a one-on-one consult with Dr. Kwok via PHONE.  This is to ensure that you are a good candidate for treatment at the clinic, and that you are comfortable with our program. 

 

At the conclusion of your free consultation, you will have the opportunity to schedule your full Medical History intake appointment.  At this appointment, Dr. Kwok will go over your case and medical history in detail, develop a comprehensive treatment plan, and schedule your first acupuncture treatment at end.
